    I could just put the poster(s) of such false “news” on moderated status, meaning that I would have to approve any such postings . . . . ?

    At least The Onion and Babylon Bee have the decency to refrain from presenting their stuff as actual news.

    Was there an amendment to the State Constitution on the 2018 general election ballot that repealed Article II, Section 6?

    The same Article II, Section 6 that reads as follows:

    No law shall abridge the right of the citizen to keep and bear arms for security and defense, for lawful hunting and recreational use and for other lawful purposes, but nothing herein shall be held to permit the carrying of concealed weapons. No municipality or county shall regulate, in any way, an incident of the right to keep and bear arms.

    I must have missed that one. I don’t remember seeing it on the ballot, much less passing.
